Less between you and your next move. The Vivobarefoot Primus Lite Knit pairs a stretchy knitted upper with a thin, flexible 2mm outsole for a close-to-the-ground feel. From strength training and calisthenics to light runs, its minimalist design gives your feet room to move without unnecessary bulk.
The upper blends 85% recycled polyester with 15% elastane for flexibility, with reinforcing overlays in areas exposed to wear. Underfoot, the Primus outsole’s hexagonal pattern supports flexibility in multiple directions, while a low sidewall and subtle rubber toe cap add protection without restricting movement.
Fine-tune the feel with the removable Ortholite insole, made from 98% recycled PU foam. Leave it in for a little cushioning, remove it for more ground feel, or swap in your own insole. At just 183g per shoe in EU size 38, the Primus Lite Knit keeps your training setup light.

We offer free shipping to all United States addresses, including territories and military addresses. International orders have a shipping fee calculated by Shopify. International shipping fees are exclusively to cover the shipping costs from the requested courier; we do not charge any handling fees on any orders.
Free Shipping on domestic shipments takes 3-10 buisness days to arrive from your order date. This is dependent on the day you order, where you are located in the United States, and current events such as holidays. Please note that shipping times will increase from Black Friday through New Year's Day.
Shipping on international orders typically takes 9-27 days. DHL offers faster shipping services at 4-7 days, but may charge increased customs. International Customers are responsible for all customs due on shipments that arrive in their country. Packages that are abandoned or destroyed as a result of failure to pay customs are the finacial responsiblity of the recipient.
