We are HAPPY to extend Free Shipping and Returns* to you.
Shipping:
International Orders:
Shipping costs are discounted for international customers. Free returns and exchanges do not apply for international customers.
In the world's current state due to COVID- shipping times and costs have drastically increased. Below are average shipping times depending on the carrier you choose; however, those times may vary.
USPS First Class or Priority International: Shipping time 9- 27 day average
DHL: Shipping time 2-4 days average
UPS: Shipping time 3-7 days average
Any customs or taxes for entry into an international country is the sole responsibility of the addressee.

Returns:
To return an item:
- Use our New Return & Exchange Self Serve Portal!
- If you need additional help, please contact us at returns@pedterra.com. In your email, please include your Name, Order Number, Order Date, and A List of Items you'd like to return. A return mailing label will be sent to you. In order for us to calculate postage, you must list the items you are returning in your email.
- Once the items are returned to us, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our New Condition requirement detailed above*.
- Please allow 1-3 business days from delivery date of a return for processing. Once the item has been confirmed to meet our requirements, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to post to your payment method.
Exchanges:
If the shoe doesn't fit but you would like to try something else, we will gladly do an exchange. Shoes returned for an exchange must meet the New Condition requirements detailed above. If there is a difference is price, an invoice may be sent to pay the balance or a refund will be issued if there is a remainder.
To exchange an item:

- Please indicate what shoe, size and color you would like to do an exchange for. If you need some help or guidance in selecting a shoe, feel free to email us and we will happily share our knowledge!
- As soon as the package containing the exchanged good ships, a new order with your requested items will be sent to you. Upon arrival, we will inspect the exchanged goods to ensure they meet our New Condition requirements**.
**Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for payment of the requested items.
