We’re happy to offer free shipping and returns on all U.S. orders, with simple, transparent policies designed to make your shopping experience easy and worry-free.
Free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Orders ship within 24 hours on weekdays (usually same day if placed before 2 p.m. CST).
All shipments include a tracking number emailed after your label is created.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking questions.
We offer discounted international shipping rates, automatically calculated at checkout.
Free returns/exchanges do not apply to international orders.
Average delivery times (subject to customs delays):
USPS First Class / Priority International: 9–27 days
DHL Express: 2–4 days
UPS Worldwide: 3–7 days
Customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To protect your purchase, PedTerra offers Route Shipping Protection at checkout.
This optional service provides full coverage in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit and ensures fast resolution or reimbursement.
If Route Shipping Protection is not purchased, PedTerra cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.
In those cases, the customer (or PedTerra on their behalf) must file a claim directly with the chosen carrier.
We understand shipping issues can be frustrating and will do our best to assist; however, final outcomes are dependent on the carrier’s policies and investigation process.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn condition.
Shoes must be clean, unused, and include original tags and packaging.
Boxes must be undamaged and re-sellable.
Socks and “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.
Orders with 5 or more pairs may incur an additional return-handling fee.
When trying on shoes, please stand on a clean, soft surface and wear clean socks to preserve condition.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Once received, returns are processed within 1–3 business days, and refunds post within 3–5 days after approval.
Items not meeting new-condition requirements will be sent back without refund.

Name, order number, and date
Item(s) to exchange
Requested replacement shoe, size, and color
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your new pair ships out.
If price differences apply, we’ll either refund the difference or send an invoice for the remaining balance.
Items not meeting condition requirements will be returned, and replacement orders will not be fulfilled.
PedTerra LLC reserves the right to update or modify these shipping, return, and exchange policies at any time.
