Purchasing Help
We provide US and EU sizes for reference on all of our products. However, we recommend using the CM measurements provided on each product to determine your best fit. These measurements say whether they are the recommend foot length, or the exact length of the insole. For insole lengths, remember to keep 0.5-1.2cm of wiggle room! We provide a prepaid label to domestic customers who submit a return request within 14-days of the arrival of their order. You can use our portal linked at the bottom of this page to complete your return. Items must be returned promptly after the label is issued and in New Condition. We allow returns for either a refund, an exchange, store credit +10%, or any combination of those options for multi-item returns. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account after they have been issued depending on your bank's practice. Here you can view our full Shipping & Return Policy.
We offer free shipping services an ALL orders for any United States customer, including overseas deployments and territories. Our free shipping uses the least expensive shipping service to your address via either UPS or USPS. Shipping times on these services may take up to 7 days in normal circumstances.
Please note that we do not provide free returns from overseas deployments.
We are proud to offer a 60-day defect warranty on all of our products. We want you to be confident that your purchase feels both secure, and like a good investment for your feet! If you need to make a defect claim, please send an email to us at heretohelp@pedterra.com with your order number, and photos of the defect with a description of the issue. Approved claims will be reimbursed with a replacement if available, or store credit in the amount of your purchase.
Please note that this policy is subject to change without notice at PedTerra's sole discretion. Defect claims do not cover damage from misuse or improper care. Always refer to care instructions included in your purchase or available from brands directly if questions arise.
We typically receive restock shipments at the start of each season. These will restock popular styles that are typically expected to be worn in that season (i.e. snow boots in winter or sandals in summer). It may be several weeks before or after the start of each season that each brands' shipment will arrive. These arrival windows are so large due to difficulties with international shipping systems that cause a level of unpredictability. We try our best to give you access to our restocked products as soon as possible after they arrive! We have implemented a restock notification that will let you know if a style has returned since we understand checking constantly can be very frustrating.
Our product details include brief instructions for general care of your shoes. Some of our brands provide additional information inside the shoebox as a pamphlet or leaflet, or on a sticker inside the shoe indicating their care instructions. If your purchase did not include this, or you have lost it, we recommend contacting the brand directly for the best instructions.
