We carry shoes from multiple companies, and each style may fit differently. To ensure you are ordering the correct size shoe, please measure your foot in CM and find the corresponding size in the product size chart. Your size may vary from brand to brand and product to product. The US size provided is for informational purposes only. When in doubt, please email us with any questions. We love to help!

Shipping:

We offer free shipping to all United States addresses, including territories and military addresses. International orders have a shipping fee calculated by Shopify. International shipping fees are exclusively to cover the shipping costs from the requested courier; we do not charge any handling fees on any orders.

Free Shipping on domestic shipments takes 3-10 buisness days to arrive from your order date. This is dependent on the day you order, where you are located in the United States, and current events such as holidays. Please note that shipping times will increase from Black Friday through New Year's Day.

Shipping on international orders typically takes 9-27 days. DHL offers faster shipping services at 4-7 days, but may charge increased customs. International Customers are responsible for all customs due on shipments that arrive in their country. Packages that are abandoned or destroyed as a result of failure to pay customs are the finacial responsiblity of the recipient.

Returns:

We offer free returns and exchanges for all domestic customers. Simply fill out the form on our return portal for an automated label!
