Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, our return and exchange process is simple. Please review the details below to ensure your request is processed quickly.


Returns

All orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in new condition.

  • Shoes must be clean, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Boxes must be undamaged and re-sellable.

  • If you expect to return an item, please try shoes on a soft, clean surface while wearing clean socks to preserve condition.

  • Orders of five or more pairs may be subject to additional return fees.

  • Socks and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Use our Return & Exchange Self-Serve Portal.

  2. Or email returns@pedterra.com with the following details:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • Order date

    • List of items you’d like to return

  3. A return mailing label will be sent to you. (We must know which items are being returned to calculate postage.)

  4. Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our “new condition” requirements.

  5. Please allow 1–3 business days after delivery for processing.

  6. Refunds typically post to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Items that do not meet our return standards will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.


Exchanges

If your shoes don’t fit or you’d like to try something different, we’ll gladly help you exchange them.

  • Shoes must meet the same New Condition requirements listed above.

  • If there is a price difference, we’ll either issue a refund or send an invoice for the remaining balance.

How to Exchange

  1. Use our Return & Exchange Self-Serve Portal.

  2. Or email returns@pedterra.com with:

    • Your name, order number, and order date

    • The items you’d like to exchange

    • The new shoe, size, and color you’d like instead

  3. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your replacement pair will be shipped.

Items that do not meet new-condition requirements will be returned to you, and payment will be required for the new order.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after your return has been received and approved.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
